Saturday came really fast and some of our carvers participated in the Quick Carve, a one-hour of madness frantically carving out a small piece to be auctioned later. Also after the daily mayhem we had the carver bbq with traditional beach fired salmon courtesy of Max Chickite and tuna BBQ’d by our carver and ice tote supplier Steve Ordano.
