This year (after a couple of years Covid absence)
we celebrated the 25th edition of Transformations on the Shore.

Started by Max Chickite way back in 1996 we have come a long way

1996 –  Max carved “Octy” from a piece of driftwood from the beach.

2022 – Skill level and tool technology have both come a long way and here are this year’s creations.
There was no competition this year, just awesome carving by a group of very talented carvers.
Max Chickite was here again – thanks Max for an incredible legacy for the community to enjoy.
